Chris is an active campaigner working to raise the profile of childhood abuse in the UK and the need for legislative and societal change, regularly appearing in the national broadcast and print media.

Chris raises awareness of the effects of child abuse on victims/survivors mental, emotional and physical health and is a regular speaker/presenter at national and regional conferences and events.

Chris is a qualified Health & Fitness Coach and today she supports others in their own healing through a holistic programme called the C.L.E.A.N.E.R. Living™ Therapy Health and Wellness programme which encompasses mindset, health & nutrition working both individually, and in safe, small group environments helping survivors to ‘break the cycle’ of low self-esteem and limiting behaviours. 

Chris is a published author of ‘Through the Eyes of a Child’ which documents her own experience and that of her siblings growing up in an abusive home.

Written to inspire other survivors all the profits of the book sales are to be re-invested in her own charity, Survivors of Abuse (S.O.B) established to raise awareness, to provide help and support through workshops, conferences and seminars. She has also written ‘Parenting Without Tears’ a guide to help survivors of childhood abuse face the challenges they face as parents;

and the C.L.E.A.N.E.R. Living™ Health and Wellness Therapy book which empowers victims and survivors to recover through holistic means.

Beverley Webb is an award winning, accredited and outstanding Recovery Practitioner for chronic fatigue specialising in Adults overcoming Adverse Childhood experiences (ACEs). Enabling Survivors of child abuse and trauma to have a voice is her passion and life purpose.

Together with her own Lived Experience as a survivor of childhood sexual and physical abuse herself, and being looked after in the care system, Beverley has seen her clients make substantial changes to their own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. As a Speaker, raising awareness of everyday traumatic experiences and having a voice to communicate by sharing her own experience, is an acknowledgment for her own journey.

She believes that by opening conversations about difficult subjects, that we are able to change how we approach recovery and pro-active prevention and intervention for children and young people today. Beverley has presented to various audiences including Category D male adult prisoners, interactive workshops and webinars and also chairing  a panel of experts following the showing of the documentary film Resilience (including the first ever showing in Kent at Tonbridge School in 2018)
