Special Guest Ali Foxlie Ali is an embodiment therapist and trauma survivor. I teach Pilates, Yoga (Yin, Hatha & Vinyasa) as well a breathing & meditation. I’m also currently qualifying in TRE Trauma Releasing Exercises that help people with PTSD.
Working with the breathe and the body – our bodies are amazing – mine naturally wanted to heal me. I help clients feel comfortable within their own bodies, reducing anxiety and depression, increasing strength and flexibility and ultimately enable clients to take back control of their bodies and lives.
